Sleeps 2 persons maximum - plus a cot if requested. All 1 - Bedroom Apartments have a large balcony with 1 x Queen sized bed plus an en-suite with bathtub and shower, LCD flatscreen TV with a DVD player.  Rates include Broadband WiFi throughout the building, full kitchen set-up including an electric cooker with oven, microwave, dishwasher & a full laundry set-up including an iron etc.  If staying longer than 28 nights please ask for the best 'monthly rate'. Apartments are serviced weekly for those that are staying for 8 nights or longer.  

1 Bedroom

Sleeps up to a maximum of 4 persons plus a cot if requested. With uninterrupted city views over Spring Hill and the CBD. Wireless broadband Internet is included, plus a large balcony, car parking for one vehicle, full kitchen set-up including an electric cooker with oven, dishwasher & a separate laundry including an iron etc. All 2 bedroom apartments have an en-suite with a shower plus a 2nd bathroom with a bathtub and shower.  For the second bedroom, a choice may be made in advance between one queen-sized bed or 2 single beds. If staying longer than 28 nights please ask for the best 'monthly rate'.  Apartments are serviced weekly for those that are staying for 8 nights or longer.  

If you require an extra bed, please let us know as we have a rollaway bed for hire at $44 per night. 

2 Bedroom

Sleeps 2 persons maximum - plus a cot if requested.  All Studio apartments have 1 x Queen bed plus an en suite with a bathtub and shower.  Rates include Broadband WiFi throughout the building - no balcony but large windows that can be opened, full kitchen set-up including an electric cooker with oven, microwave, dishwasher & a full laundry set-up including an iron etc.  If staying longer than 28 nights please ask for the best 'monthly rate'.  Apartments are serviced weekly for those that are staying for 8 nights or longer.
