Serviced Apartments
Frisco Apartments, a good 4-star, modern 10 storey building with Studio plus 1 and 2-bedroom serviced apartments available for rent short term, medium and even long-term. Secure allocated car parking is available on request on two above-ground levels. The building has a large modern 17-person lift.
Guest facilities & services: An indoor heated 20m pool, sauna and gymnasium are available daily between 0600 and 2200. Wireless broadband Internet is available in all apartments and throughout the building.
Apartment facilities: All short-term Studio, plus 1 & 2 - bedroom apartments have an en suite with shower/bathtub, 32" LCD TV with a DVD player, direct dial phones with the ability to take messages and receive calls direct - bypassing the switchboard, air-conditioning/heating, bedside radio / alarm clock, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, full kitchen set-up including a large refrigerator, microwave and a dishwasher etc. The laundry in all apartments includes a washing machine, clothes dryer & ironing facilities etc.
Security bond: A security bond of $200.00 per apartment is required on check-in. This can be paid by either cash or credit card and will be refundable on check-out providing that there is no damage or any missing items in the apartment.

Studio Apartments feature a queen sized bed, with spacious lounge and dining area and a fully self contained kitchen. All Studio Apartments have air conditioning and reverse cycle heating, broadband WiFi access, remote controlled flat-screen TV and DVD player.

One Bedroom Executive Apartment - 70m2
One bedroom Apartments feature a large balcony, queen sized bed, separate lounge and dining areas, fully self contained kitchen. All 1-bedroom apartments have air conditioning and reverse cycle heating, WiFi broadband internet access, remote TV and DVD. Private balcony with outdoor setting is accessible from the lounge room.

Two Bedroom Executive Apartment - 94m2
Two Bedroom Apartments feature two bedrooms each with luxury beds, separate lounge and dining areas, fully self contained kitchen. All apartments have air conditioning and reverse cycle heating, broadband internet access, remote TV, VCR and stereo.
